Abstract

Satelit TV is a television channel that originates from Banyumas Regency and reaches the surrounding areas, such as Banjarnegara, Cilacap, Kebumen, and Purbalingga Regencies. This channel features various interesting programs, including entertainment, education, culinary, news, and other programs. The news displayed by Satelit TV is generally local news with additional national news that is currently viral. In order to provide a more structured and comfortable news delivery for readers, Satelit TV requires a website-based news platform. A team with assigned tasks is needed to develop this website. For the website data processing, a back-end developer is required who understands the coding for the business process. A framework is used to facilitate the system development process that is carried out together with the team to make it more effective and efficient.
