Abstract

The Rise 2021 Program is a program to foster 3,000 digital talents fromthe Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republicof Indonesia in collaboration with several large companies, namely Google, Tokopedia, Gojek and Traveloka. The Rise Program exists with the aimof developing students for a minimum of 5 semesters to become skilled digital talentsin the future. There are three learning paths, namely cloud computing, machinelearning, and mobile development. In Rise 2021, the author follows the mobiledevelopment learning path with subjects Learning to Make Android Applicationsfor Beginners, Learning Android Application Fundamentals, Learning AndroidJetpack Pro, Becoming an Android Developer Expert. At the end of each learningmodule there is a project for graduation requirements. And at the end of thelesson there is a capstone project which is a joint project of the three learningpaths. Key Word: Talent, Digital, Bangkit, Mobile, Development.
