Abstract

The Office of Communication and Informatics of Pekalongan Regency is one of the government agencies engaged in the field of information and technology. The development of Information and Communication Technology requires government agencies to implement SPBE as a system that can assist the delivery of public services. SPBE itself is an information system that aims to improve service quality and performance between agencies and the community. Dinkominfo Pekalongan Regency has a system called Kajen Satu Data (KSD). In its creation, KSD was designed into two bases, namely a websitebased application and a mobile-based application where the purpose of making the application is the same as that of SPBE. Writing this report is intended to analyze the KSD application in which there are many menus and features that can be used. Later it is hoped that this analysis will produce some progress in terms of application development. The analysis to be used is a Gap analysis where the analysis will focus on application gap issues. This gap problem will be raised and discussed so as to produce a solution that can be considered together. Thus, gap analysis of the KSD application architecture is needed so that in the future these applications can be more easily managed and developed.
