Abstract
CV. Artie Yasa Invinit is a Muslim clothing brand that was founded in 2018. The business processes that occur in the company itself include making product designs, determining fabric samples, procuring raw materials, making patterns, sewing processes, installing labels, to final checking and shipping. to distributors and retailers. System in the procurement of raw materials by CV. Artie Yasa Invinit is done by adjusting the number of orders, ordering raw materials via WhatsApp or telephone, but often the goods that come and are received do not match the order, because of this, the cloth must be sent again and this results in delays in the production process. The hampered production time has an impact on the delivery department to distributors and retailers where they have to re-adjust the product delivery schedule. Based on the problems that arise, we need a supply chain information system that can make it easier to manage and regulate the procurement of raw materials. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is considered the most suitable to overcome this. This method is considered capable of producing the number of orders in procuring raw materials at the most optimal and economical costs, in other words the total costs that should be incurred by convection when ordering raw materials can be minimized. Information system development is carried out using the Linear Sequential Model (LSM) method by applying the CodeIgniter framework. The LSM method has stages including analysis, design, code, and test. The because method used has a gradual and structured implementation sequence. Utilization of the CodeIgniter framework is carried out because there is a Model View Controller (MVC) which helps in managing code to make it more structured.
