Abstract

An Official Travel Order (SPPD) is a travel certificate issued by a superior or government agency to employees at a certain place of work. In the process of making SPPD, the majority of institutions or offices that still use a recording system or making manual messages using Microsoft Office, one of which is at the Banyumas Regency Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism Office (DINPORABUDPAR). With the existence of cases and deficiencies in the work on the minutes of official travel warrants that are still manual, both institutions and offices need a system, namely a website, to be able to recap data that can help summarize and facilitate the processing of official travel affairs, especially in DINPORABUDPAR, Banyumas Regency. The DINPORABUDPAR Information System is built with a simple user interface so that users can easily search for information and download the required documents. Low-fidelity due to the simplicity of the manufacturing process, low precision is very beneficial when designing a system.
