Abstract

PTPN VIII is a subsidiary of PTPN III which is a company engaged in the management, processing and marketing of plantation products. The company was established to operate in the field of agricultural and agro-industry trade and to ensure that the company's resources are used as well as possible to produce goods and/or services that are of high quality and competitive in trade. Enter directly into the world of work to prepare, develop skills and abilities as well as prepare the knowledge obtained in college for the world of work. Each September report raw data is used to check employee performance and transactions are collected before compiling data reports. There was a delay of 15 days in plantations named Ciater and Sedep, coded HK10 and HK06. The results obtained have the largest total compared to other plantations, namely the number of documents in the garden code HK06 named Sedep is 697, the number of documents that are late is 578, the number of days that are late is 3010 days, and the total number of documents that are late is 578. Based on the results of the KPI calculation the HK17 garden code with the name montaya garden has the highest average days/documents late compared to other plantations, amounting to 4.96 days. The use of KPIs combined with SAP data can make it easier to track the performance of each factory worker in completing work.
