Abstract

PT GIT Solution is one of the Campus Merdeka internship partners, engaged in planning, building and developing information systems services on a national scale. PT. GIT Solution gives a project to intern students to build a System Genius Resto and Magang Kerja. In building a system, a development method is needed which is used as a guide in the development process so as to produce a system with good quality standards, one of the popular methods used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Testing is one of stage of SDLC Method, software testing is the process of applying or running a system by a software tester with the aim of producing test cases and detecting bugs or errors in the software system. The author as a software tester or commonly known as a software QA position performs software testing of the system being built. The testing process is carried out using the manual testing method by preparing test case then executing them and writing the results of the testing in the test case document that the author has made. Based on the testing carried out on Project Genius Resto, the results were satisfactory because within 5 months it had succeeded in building 5 websites from various user sides. While the testing carried out on the Project Magang Kerja had unsatisfactory results because within 5 months the bug reports from the user side had not been fully completed and the web company had just started the development stage so not many functions could be executed.
