Abstract

The airport is one of the working areas of the Port Health Office (KKP), which is the initial entry point for the Covid-19 virus, one of which is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport which is the working area of the Soekarno Hatta Port Health Office (KKP). This airport is one of the international airports with the world's busiest aviation activitiesbased on the 2019 Airport Traffic report, Soekarno-Hatta Airport is ranked 25th as the busiest airport in the world. However, in April 2020, since the enactment of Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning LargeScale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and Presidential Decree Number 12 of 2020 concerning the Covid-19 Pandemic as a National Disaster caused a decrease in the number of airplane passengers passing through Soekarno-Hatta Airport, but then towards the end of the year again there was a surge in the increase in the number of passengers which was influenced by increasing public trust in health protocols at company airports and according to CNBC Indonesia (2020) Stimulus passenger service fees (PSC) fees by the government as an effort to recover the national economy to reduce public travel costs. Therefore, the Soekarno-Hatta KKP is required to further improve the performance of surveillance activities in order to monitor and ensure the spread of the Covid-19 case does not occur through Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Therefore the Soekarno-Hatta Port Health Office (KKP) is required to further improve the performance of surveillance activities constraints on late submission of daily reports due to accumulation of reports that must be typed. Based on this, this research was carried out in order to build a website-based data automation system that can help the Soekarno-Hatta KKP in recording daily reports so that it is more effective and efficient using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are expected to be used by the Soekarno-Hatta Port Health Office (KKP) in making and managing daily report data.
