Abstract

Corporate University is a strategic tool for PLN to integrate all learning resources, processes and people in the company. Catalyst is an application that combines the previous 5 applications with Middleware. With the Catalyst application, it is hoped that the problems on the previous applications can be resolved. Like many employees who get promoted but leave their previous profession and the need for additional data (title, code, description and learning objectives) is contained in the learning curriculum file in the form of PDF. In this practical work report, it explains what the author does in practical work activities such as making a recommendation system with Content-based filetering and OCR with PyPDF2.
