Abstract
CV. Lestari Albasia Mandiri is engaged in barecore production by using albazia volcatta wood as the main raw material and boilers for drying wood with a large oven (kiln dry) before being processed into a coorpiece then arranged into barecore. The production division is one of the important parts in producing barecore because it has a high level of risk for work accidents, namely 4 jobs with extreme risk levels and 7 jobs with high risk levels. The study aims to determine the potential dangers and risks contained in the work and provide control measures from these risks. In this study, the method used was qualitative. Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental (K3L) risks are identified through the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determine Control (HIRADC) Method because this method focuses on how to reduce risk and control that can be done with risk management. This is the most relevant and necessary for CVs. Lestari Albasia Mandiri because it has experienced work hazards and risks but does not yet have an SOP. After controlling the risk of hazards caused by work then producing 4 jobs with a high level of risk,6 jobs with a moderate risk level and 1 jobs with a low risk level, then the last stage is to make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), from these outputs it is expected that work accidents can be controlled and reduced with K3L management.
