Abstract

The development of the livestock industry in Indonesia is currently experiencing a significant increase, the animal feed industry is required to have a competitive strategy and be able to maintain a competitive position which is one of the important factors in maintaining product excellence. In making a supplier selection decision, an AHP method is needed which aims to choose the best supplier among suppliers of husks, sweet potatoes, corn, vegetables. In the husk supplier, it can be seen that the best value is supplier Semaya 1 which has a value of 0.61 which is a top priority in the selection of husk suppliers while the second rank is owned by supplier Semaya 2 with a value of 0.25. Furthermore, the selection of sweet potato suppliers, namely getting a value of 0.57, the value is said to be consistent because it is below 0.1, while the corn supplier has a final weight value of 0.53 which occupies the main priority, namely the Pegringan supplier. Furthermore, the Moga supplier gets a value of 0.45, this result can be the main supplier to be used as a guide in the selection of vegetable suppliers. Keyword : Supplier, AHP, The Rice Chaff
