Abstract
According to data collected from ICCN, there are still many prospective new students who choose study programs that do not suit their talents. As a result of this problem, according to the Minister of Education and Culture, many students after graduation work not in accordance with the study program they have chosen. To avoid this, prospective students must know their own personality type to find out what interests and talents they have, so that they can also choose a suitable study program. One way to find out the personality and interests and talents that prospective new students have is with the MyersBrigss Type Indicators (MBTI) psychological test. Therefore, the author decided to make a research work with the aim of helping prospective new students choose a study program according to aptitude by implementing the MBTI test through the implementation of the Kanban method for designing and building the web as a test tool. This website can help users, especially prospective new students, find out the personality they have and make it easier to determine the suitable study program according to the talents they have. The results of testing this research work by carrying out the validity of the Cohen Kappa coefficient with a value of 1.00 which is stated as very good. Keywords: Web, Agile, Kanban, MBTI, Node JS.
