Abstract

The school known as Sidamukti I Majalengka Public Elementary School is located in Sidamukti Village, which is in Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. Data processing and input of report card scores at SDN Sidamukti I Majalengka is still done manually, school data such as teacher data, students are still separated in excel files and inputting report cards for each teacher writes grades on a sheet of paper and is given to the homeroom teacher then saves it intoMicrosoft Excel and print reports. However, data processing and inputting values are still done manually and have many problems, such as incorrectly inputting values and requiring a long time. Therefore, in order to solve existing problems, a computer-based application is needed. E-Rapors make it easier for teachers to process school data and report card scores so that they can be viewed freely. The prototype method was applied by the author to design and build a website for this research. Listening to users, designing and building prototypes and testing prototypes are the three stages of the prototype design cycle. School parties such as admins, students, teachers and homeroom teachers can access the e-reports resulting from this research. Testing the functionality of the erapor website is a method by using black box testing, which is done by website users. Keywords: E-Rapor, Website, Prototype, Value, black box testing
