Abstract

Work accidents can cause disruption to the process that has been regulated and can cause material losses and even fatalities. Work safety is an important part of all workplaces. The work safety factor is important because it is closely related to the safety of employees and the performance of the company. Emphasis on the value of work accidents in companies can be done by providing a program, one of which is K3. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a program created for workers and employers as a form of prevention that can cause work accidents and diseases due to work relations that may occur to workers in the work environment. The implementation of the OSH program is in line with Law No. 1/1970 on occupational safety and Law No. 23/1992 on health. At PT Telkom Access Purwokerto there is a unit that is responsible for K3 namely HSE (Health Safety Environment). HSE will monitor the STO (Automated Telephone Station) in the Purwokerto area. The responsibilities of the HSE unit include conducting safety briefings, monitoring KBM, Alker-Alkur, SOR (Safety Observation Round), and HSE patrols and during the Covid-19 pandemic, HSE also routinely performs antigens against PT employees.
