Abstract

Indonesian cuisine is a form of culinary tradition that reflects the diversity of cultures that exist in Indonesia. Digital recipe searches are currently still done manually, manual searches can cause errors in finding recipes and inaccurate recipe information. To overcome this problem, an Indonesian culinary recipe application is needed to find recipe recommendations using the SAW and TOPSIS methods. The SAW method is used as the weight of each criterion and the TOPSIS method is used to determine the results of the weight values given by the user. The application was tested in 2 stages, namely by blackbox and whitebox testing and testing the success of the application using a questionnaire on the respondents and testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire with SPSS. The results of the blackbox test state that the system can function properly, the whitebox test results state that the testing on the recommendation page is correct and functioning properly, for the success of system testing, the success of the system is 84.59%, the results of the questionnaire validity test are declared valid 100% and The results of the reliability test on the questionnaire showed the Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.847 and it can be stated that the questionnaire questions were consistent or reliable.
