Abstract
ABSTRACT Long Term Evolution (LTE) fourth generation networks that carried by the 3rd generation partnership program (3GPP). LTE can provide up to 100Mbps downlink and uplink up to 50Mbps with lower latency than previous generations. LTE technology uses Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (on), MIMO and also the All-IP network architecture. The development of the LTE network traffic users can perform downlink traffic or increase movement of users from year to year. The development of this traffic especially downlink and customers who are active in the traffic throughput of downlink from the condition are observed. This condition can be known whether experienced significant improvement in 5 years, so that the necessity to increase downlink capacity enhancement through technology LTE can be considered. Therefore, to know the increase over the past five years, he had to do a linear regression forecasting method. Design of simulations performed with LTE networks using the method of frequency reuse 1. Forecasting simulation using matlab applications, and simulation design of LTE networks use an atoll 3.3. Based on the results of the simulation forecasting traffic downlink in year five of the obtained 2,015,533,729 Mb, while for total user registration 44,288,470 user. Simulation results for the design capacity of LTE, the observed parameters are as follows: the median values obtained RSRP – averaged 89.39 dBm, RSRQ parameters of 14.44 dB, CINR parameter (DL) of 7.24 dB, for the average downlink throughput of generated 12,935.72 kbps.
