Abstract

At the company PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus (ICON+) where the recording of asset quality reports at the PoP (Point of Presence) shelter every month is still using the manual method to record reports on printed paper and then recorded using stationery manually. At PT.ICON+ about 2 to 3 times Preventive maintenance every SERPO (Service Point) and every month. In total there are 16 SERPOs and 2 copies are made of which every month there are at least 32 copies of Preventive maintenance POP forms every month. So every month, you use a minimum of 1184 sheets of paper (32 copies of reports * 37 pages of Preventive maintenance POP = 1184) every month and it takes up a lot of space to store that many report documents every month. The purpose of this study is to create an android-based application that records asset quality reports at PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus (ICON+). What is useful for reducing paper usage in companies is by storing reports digitally on Google Firebase. The methodology used in this study is the Prototyping method, which is a method of quickly gathering specific information about the information needs of a user. It focuses on presenting aspects of the software that are visible to customers or users. The results of testing the PMPOP application with Blackbox testing that were tested, totaling 11 main forms were tested as well as from user manager 4 forms and employee users 7 forms, all functions worked well. While the Whitebox test tested saveData on the POP form and getData on the TASK form as a sample, all test results were valid and running well.
