Abstract

Implementation Infusion is a medical device that is used to replace lost fluids and can be used for patients who require slow but continuous drug administration by inserting fluids or drugs into the body through infusion. Increasing infusion monitoring is needed, one of which is by making infusion monitoring with the application of website-based IoT that can monitor the remaining infusion fluids and predict when the infusion runs out. The system built utilizes NodeMCU 8266 and ESP32-Cam as a microcontroller, load cell sensor as a weight detector for infusion fluids, ESP32-Cam as a tool that can be used to monitor patients, and touch sensors as a tool that can be used to call nurses. Testing the load cell functionality with a 100% success rate, testing the touch sensor functionality with a 90% success rate and testing the camera functionality with a 100% success rate. Touch Sensor testing 100% success rate. Testing accuracy of 97.6% success rate. Testing Calibration success rate of 99.47%. System testing has a success rate of 96.3% and black box testing has a success rate of 100%. Keywords : Infusion, NodeMCU 8266, ESP32-Cam, Load Cell Sensor, Touch Sensor
