Abstract

Advances in science and technology, especially information technology and communication is so fast. This progress, of course, has an impact on various areas of life, including education. Learning is core of the educational process. The quality of education describes the quality learning. Improving the quality of education can be done through improving the quality of learning. Various attempts have been made to improve the quality of learning. Virtual Guru project can make it easier and assist students and teachers in learning. One of the efforts in improving the quality of learning through the use of this in learning is the application of chatbot website-based learning using natural language processing. Making this system can help students who are constrained in learning and embarrassed to ask the teacher during learning ongoing so that it can help from these problems by take advantage of the chatbot website to make it easier and improve the process of searching for information contained in certain documents, then in this final project implemented a Question Answering System (QAS) on Indonesian language documents using datasets sourced from the 8th grade junior high school Indonesian language book as a system that accepts input in the form of questions and produce output in the form of answers. The results of the training carried out 10 repetitions obtained an average success of 0.9976 with an average failure of 0.0024 so that the chatbot's accuracy performance is 99.76%.
