Abstract

Independent Campus Certified Internship and Study Program is a comprehensive career preparation program to prepare the best generation of Indonesia's best. Merdeka Campus is part of the Merdeka Learning policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia which provides opportunities for students to hone skills according to their interests and talents by going directly into the world of work as preparation for future careers. The process of the activities of the Independent Study itself takes place fully online. Of the many partners, one of them is Binar Academy, where one of the programs offered is Android Developer. The material studied includes the basics of the Kotlin language, Android basics to experts, as well as tools and plugins that can help develop Android applications. With this activity program, participants are expected to have the standards expected by the industry in the future. The MSIB Android developer activity at Binar Academy has the aim of improving the skills of participants to suit the needs that exist in the world of work, where the preparation provided is an intensive course every day by giving exams in each chapter to hone the skills that have been learned. The result that will be obtained is an application that is carried out on the final project with an e-commerce theme, and also good grades in terms of academics and soft skills.
