Abstract

Thematic Real Work Lectures have been held in Karanggintung Village, Contributing District, North Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java for 4 months. Karanggintung Village is a village determined by the institution to be the destination village for KKNT. Abundant village potential is one of the main objectives of implementing KKNT in order to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) in processing and developing the potential of local villages. KKNT begins with a village observation process to explore villages and see the potential of villages that will be the main targets in implementing the KKNT. The programs are designed sequentially starting with discussions with the Field Assistant Lecturers (DPL), the KKNT group, and the local community especially those who are in direct contact with the designed programs. The implementation of the KKNT program is carried out in a balanced manner starting with planning, implementing, and evaluating at the end of each program. The results achieved from the entire KKNT program include developing community skills and helping to develop human resources in order to increase the potential of the local village. Literacy programs are also implemented to develop quality human resources from an early age. In the field of education, the field of UMKM, the field of Community Organization Empowerment, the field of Population, and the field of Technology.
