Abstract

Merdeka Campus is part of the Merdeka Learning policy by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia which provide opportunities for students to hone their abilities according to their talents and interest by going directly into the world of work as preparation for a future career. Merdeka Campus has several programs including programs with the title Campus Teaching, which requires students from all study programs and universities in Indonesia to contribute, make change, while self development. During the pandemic, younger siblings in elementary schools, especially in 3T areas (Lagged, Outermost, and Foremost), experiencing learning challenges while teachers have to adapt to technology and be creative. Student Campus Teaching will help them turn challenges into hope. The KM activity at SDN Bangshadow 02 was held on March 22 2021 until June 26, 2021. The integration of KM activities is in the form of integration management and time aspects. Then the goals of KM itself are among others as follows: 1 Contribute as an agent of change to educational challenges Indonesia 2 Become a teacher partner to innovate in literacy learning, numeracy and technology adaptation while in elementary school for 1 semester 3 Sharpen social skills: empathy, communication, leadership, creativity, problem solving, innovation and creativity In the implementation of KM which took place at SDN Bangshadow 02, Preparation The teaching materials needed are in the form of an Activity Implementation Plan and the making of appropriate media and much needed in facilitating the learning process teach. Students can find out how to be a good teacher. And Through this KM activity program, it can provide supplies to students to be able to achieve an optimal learning process for the creation of efficiency and quality of optimal learning process implementation.
