Abstract
Learning in the Certified Independent Study Internship Program (MSIB) provides enthusiasm and opportunities for students to hone hard skills and soft skills outside of campus in order to get to know more about the world of work. With this Independent Study program, students get hard skills and soft skills that can support the world of work to be more prepared. PT. Lentera Bangsa Bright (Binar Academy) is an edutech startup pioneer that focuses on developing digital skills and talents through improving learning experiences. Some of the programs available at Binar Academy are Binar Bootcamp, Binar Insight, and BinarGo!. The Binar Academy Fullstack Web Development Independent Study program is held for five months, from February 14, 2022 to July 22, 2022. For the first four months students study Fullstack Web Development material which is divided into two levels, namely the silver level and the gold level. In the last month, students are focused on working on the final project which is called the platinum level. The learning media used in this program are the zoom cloud meeting platform as a learning medium with mentors and Google Class Room as a media provider of Fullstack Web Development materials. The final project of this activity is the creation of a “SecondHand” website using the Agile Scrum software development methodology.
