Abstract

Learning at the Internship and Independent Study Certified Program (IISC) provides enthusiasm and opportunities for students to hone hard skills and soft skills outside of campus to get to know the real world of work. With this Independent Study program, students gain hard skills and soft skills that can support the world of work so that they are more ready to compete. PT. Lentera Bangsa Benderang (Binar Academy) is a pioneer tech startup that focuses on developing digital skills and talents through enhanced learning experiences. Some of the programs available at Binar Academy are Binar Bootcamp, Binar Insight, and BinarGo. Binar Academy's Front End Javascript Independent Study Program is held for five months, from February 14, 2022, to July 22, 2022. During the first four months students study Front End Javascript material which is divided into three levels, namely silver level, gold level, and platinum level. Especially at the platinum level, students will focus on doing their final project. The learning media used in this program are the zoom cloud meeting platform as a learning medium with mentors and Google Class Room as a medium for providing Front End Javascript material. The final project of this activity is the creation of an e- commerce website using the Agile Scrum software development method.
