Abstract

Interns will be given the same work experience as full-time employees and will participate in communicating with relevant stakeholders. In addition, students will also be involved in the process of problem solving, project work, product implementation, and preparation of marketing strategies, depending on the position chosen. The skills that will be gained from this internship program include Python programming, ERP Software implementation, product design, digital marketing, and soft skills that are relevant to the program taken. The Software Implementation Consultant in this internship program will focus more on how to translate a problem in any field to later be translated into an ERP system that is designed and systematic. In the implementation of the project, a requirements gathering is held to see the needs from the user's side, then proceed to translate the user's needs into a document, namely FRD.
