Abstract

Phi Photograph is a freelancer photographer service located in Nganjuk City, Nganjuk Regency, East Java which provides various types of photography services ranging from pre-wedding photos, weddings, maternity, family, group, photoshoot, product, and others. However, Phi Photograph in the ordering process, scheduling, administrative management and photo data management is still done conventionally, namely by handwriting and the documentation method is still manual written in a ledger. These problems cause problems and are less time efficient, especially in the service order process because they must first ensure that photographers are ready to attend events or activities according to customer requests. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based application for photography services on Phi Photograph that makes it easier for Phi Photograph managers to manage the ordering process, administration and photo data management as well as making it easier for customers to get information on Phi Photograph. The application design in this study applies the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The reason for choosing the RAD method is that application development with this method is shorter and faster, in the development process it involves users so as to minimize application failures that have been made. This application is running well, a black box test was carried out to measure the performance of the application and continued with SUS (System Usability Scale) with acceptable results. With the application of photography services on web-based Phi Photograph, it is hoped that it will facilitate business processes that run with business objectives on Phi Photograph so that users and customers can order photo packages directly or online.
