Abstract

The dynamics of social change have caused disturbances in various fields, especially in the era of Industry 4.0 and Social 5.0. The disturbances that occur have led to increased demands for the quality of future Human Resources (HR) that are resilient and adaptive. The Teaching Campus Program is one of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) programs which has the aim of providing opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the lecture class to assist teachers and school principals in carrying out teaching and learning class activities in the midst of a pandemic. Covid-19. The results of the Class 3 Teaching Campus Program are concluded that the Teaching Campus program is very helpful for teachers and school principals as well as for students.
