Abstract

The development of web technology is nota strange thing to people in Indonesia and around the world. Almost all agencies must use the internet and have a website for the smooth operation of the system. The rapid development of web applications start since the advent of internet technology that is very helpful in the ease and speed of sending, delivering, and receiving information. Survey or complete self-administered survey is a method of collecting primary data by giving questions to individual respondents. So it can be concluded that a survey is a method for collecting information from groups that represent a population. Surveys carried out in conducting research are usually carried out by distributing questionnaires or interviews, with the aim of finding out: who they are, what they think, feel, or the tendency of an action. Surveys are commonly conducted in both quantitative and qualitative research. In quantitative research, the survey is more of a closed question, while in qualitative research it is an in-depth interview with open questions. In order to make it easier to collect survey data, we created a Laravel-based student satisfaction website system at ITTP so there is no need to use google forms and make it easier to collect data..
