Abstract

One of the data in the industry is an information system for sorting goods in a warehouse. This study proposes a system for sorting goods in an Internet of Thingsbased warehouse using a QR-Code recognition system as an item naming system. The purpose of sorting the stock of goods engaged in this service is to identify goods with the Qr-Code label of this sorter using the ESP32 CAM. The goods sorting system uses the Internet of Things method with an ESP32 CAM microcontroller, arduino uno R3 as a controller device, and a 16X2 LCD to display reading results and google spreadsheets. The results obtained from the research are the information system for sorting goods with the Internet of Things method providing information related to goods that are coded in the form of a QR-Code. The QRCode system has successfully read and communicated with the 16X2 LCD and google spreadsheet. Experiments conducted using 5 labels with a success rate of 100%. The warehouse sorting information system has been successful with regard to Quality of Service (QoS). QoS testing obtained parameters throughput 32.56 bps, Delay 370.33 and packet Loss 0.86%.
