Abstract

One of the problems that exist in Kominfo is managing the recording of village websites. The recording of the village website has been computerized but has not been online in the form of an excel file, so every Kominfo employee who wants to access the file must ask the smart city ecosystem development division. Based on the above problems, the need for the business process is to create an information technology that can manage the recording of village websites online with an easy mechanism, as well as easy access to website files. In preparing the report, the writing methods used include: observation, namely direct practice in the field; interviews, namely direct questions and answers with field supervisors; and literature review, which includes material, opinion, or someone's findings into the discussion with the same problem. Based on these problems, the author will design a system that will make it easier for employees at Kominfo to access village website data. This system is built with the PHP programming language and the help of the bootstrap framework to beautify the appearance of the website. The application of this information system is based on a website that can answer the problems that exist in Kominfo. Currently the information system is still running on a local server for testing purposes
