Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of corona virus. This disease was not known before the outbreak began in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. Where Covid-19 has become a pandemic that has occurred in many countries around the world, including Indonesia. Covid-19 has affected millions of people, from the sick to or killed by the spread of the disease. Karangpucung Village, Karangpucung District, there are still cases of Covid-19, and the previous data collection carried out by the head of the RT is still in written form. Therefore, to increase efficiency and save paper, it is necessary to create an information system that can record the status of its citizens regarding COVID-19 which can be monitored by the head of the RT directly (online). By applying the rapid application development method which suppresses the development of information systems in the short term, making this information system relatively fast. The implementation of the Laravel framework can assist in the creation of an information system for collecting data on residents of the COVID-19 status. The purpose of this website is to help the head of the RT in monitoring its citizens directly (online). After the construction of the information system is complete. Two tests were carried out on this information system, namely blackbox testing and system usability scale testing. Blackbox testing using 3 devices on 32 website features with successful results on all three devices. System usability scale testing was carried out on 12 respondents, which showed an average user result of 82.91666667 with the predicate Good for this website system.
