Abstract

MSIB is a certified program from MBKM, which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside of class lectures. There are many partners who contribute in honing student knowledge, one of which is PT. Nurul Fikri Creates Innovation. This MSIB program is the first batch for NF Computer with learning and training activities on Fullstack Web Developer which is the only learning package offered. In learning, the program is carried out in a period of approximately one full semester or about 6 months. In practice, the learning is carried out online or online, where participants are expected to be able to participate in all activities from beginning to end. In the lesson, 10 sub-materials related to web developers are provided and 1 sub-material is softskills. The learning session is divided into which in the morning a learning session is held by the teacher, then continued in the afternoon with a mentoring session that discusses the continuity of participants in participating in this program. The end result of this program is that participants are expected to be able to develop a website with good functionality and useful for the community. And it can be a provision in the future for those who want a career in the digital technology industry, especially in the field of Fullstack Web Developer.
