Abstract

Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Banyumas's janitors are the front liner for keeping the environment clean and making it comfortable to live in. However, there isn't any system to monitor and evaluate their performance making it hard to make holistic objective optimization. Therefore, there's a demand for a system that could monitor and evaluate janitor's performances, whilst maintaining the data veracity so optimizations could be made. The report was made by utilizing three methods which are: interviews that consists of questions and answers session from field advisor regarding the user's business process of the application both from Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Banyumas and Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Banyumas; discussion with the team regarding the business process; and literature review from journals and other solutions on similar problems. Based on the problem Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Banyumas collaborated with Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Banyumas formulated a solution called SapaJalan app. The Web-Based app was made using PHP programming language and Laravel framework. The web is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the janitor's performance from attendance to cleaning route. Hopefully, the system could help with the monitoring and evaluation process so that the janitor work could be optimized further.
