Abstract
Traffic problems for Indonesians are traffic violations, traffic jams and traffic crimes. This traffic violation can cause new problems with more fatal consequences. The number of traffic violations in the city of Tegal is due to a lack of public awareness of traffic, and residents of Tegal do not understand the mechanism of the E-Tilang application. In such a situation, with the development of science and technology, if the application of ticketing itself becomes more modern, the police will have to deal with it with administrative sanctions (tickets). Police need to be aware of this issue, and in particular, the transportation sector needs to be aware of the violations they have committed and act against them in order to be a deterrent. This penalty for traffic violations is implemented by issuing an e-ticket to the offender. E- Tilang applications have advantages over manual systems. For example, the public can easily find ticket information such as court dates, vehicle numbers, and fines paid.
