Abstract

Post-implementation of the preparation of the Social, Economic, Technical and Institutional Profile (PSETK) of the Irrigation Area Authority of Banyumas Regency in the Ajibarang, Jatilawang and Purwokerto areas. In order to strengthen and develop farmers' institutions in Irrigation Areas (DI). The background for the preparation of PSETK is as a requirement for IPDMIP participation, namely through the preparation of PSETK and SID (Inventory and Design Survey). Furthermore, in 2020-2021, it is expected that all DI regions under the authority of districts that do not yet have PSETK (one of which is Banyumas Regency), it is necessary to develop PSETK in a sustainable manner. Due to the PSTEK process being carried out within 3 months and also the COVID-19 pandemic and PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions). This study aims to identify problems that exist in PSETEK Jatilawang area by using the Fishbone diagram method. The result of this research is the manual method, and it is also hindered by the government program, namely PPKM. This causes surveyors to still find it difficult to identify data, and technology is needed in the effectiveness of running programs/webs to facilitate the process of preparing PSTEK for the Jatilawang area.
