Abstract

Internship or Practical Work (KP) is a job training program for a person or individual to a company but is not part of the company. The purpose of the internship program is to prepare a person to enter the workforce and develop a professional attitude. The benefits of this Practical Work Report are to present the activities carried out by the author in the implementation of Practical Work at the Bahira Studio Company. The method used to obtain data is the interview method and the library method. In the interview method the author obtains data by question and answer. Mile the library method is used to find various references. Bahira Studio Company is a company that focuses on making applications and websites. In making a website or application, it is very necessary to have testing or testing. Software testing is an examination where the software meets the expected specifications and objectives or not. Tests carried out on this information system is Blackbox Testing. In carrying out practical work as a tester, the author needs to identify and plan the test first. After making the identification and testing plan, the author conducted a test of the personnel management information system and found one test item that was not appropriate. Therefore, it is hoped that errors in the personnel management information system can be corrected so that they can run properly.
