Abstract

Clustering is a method used to divide a series of data into groups based on several predetermined similarities. Balai Besar Kerajinan and Batik Yogyakarta is an institution that provides a variety of training for the entire general public. Training is an activity that is carried out to add insight for its participants in batik science and its crafts. Clustering the age of the trainees and also the duration of training activities based on the biodata they have previously filled through the training participants' biodata archive activities in the period of 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2021 using the k-means clustering method in their grouping. This clustering is used to be able to know the risks and mitigations that will occur if participants are not grouped by age.
