Abstract

The development of information technology today can be felt. With the development of technology provides convenience in the efficiency of time and place in the monitoring process and is able to provide data stored in the filing process. The use of technology is one of them through internet media. Internet media is a necessity in facilitating the development of technology. One of them is through the development of the website. The website is one of the internet media that is easily accessible to its users. For now, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Banyumas Regency in the process of licensing in and out of the office is still done manually. Licensing procedures that were previously verbal to each field head will be updated with the website media as an information system. The website has personal data from every employee of BPS. In the website consists of 2 types of users, namely Admin and Employee. Each type of user has a different function where admins can confirm their employees while employees can only see the status of permissions. The purpose of making this report is to analyze the needs of the Online Office Entry and Exit Permit information system or IKAN MAS based website to be easy to do. system development. System needs analysis is carried out functionally and non-functionally consisting of UML diagrams and ERD which will be implemented on the design of databases on the website. With the analysis of the needs of this information system, the role of the system becomes easier to do because the system workflow is clearly stated and easily understood so that the performance carried out by the Central Statistics Agency of Banyumas Regency in monitoring its employees can be done online through a website that becomes more Effective and efficient.
