Abstract

Communication allows a person to interact and share information about others. Technology that continues to develop facilitates communication with the construction of an information system. The Central Statistics Agency for Banyumas Regency is one government agency that uses a web-based information system for statistical data information on the Banyumas Regency area. However, on the other hand, namely internal employees of the Banyumas Central Statistics Agency, employee data processing has not been optimally using information systems, especially employee licensing. In practice, BPS Banyumas does not yet have an employee licensing system that specifically recapitulates employee licensing data, either website-based or mobile. So that there is a need for an information system for licensing employee entry and exit from BPS so that employee licensing behavior can be captured and facilitate the monitoring process by the personnel department. Website-based systems are superior to the design stage of the proposed office entry and exit permission system. This is because the website has a responsive design, without downloading and installing the application first, making it easier to use. The system development process begins with designing the system design. System design is the stage to provide an initial picture of how the system will be created. In this report, the author focuses on making website designs. The design is made in the form of a mockup using the Balsamiq Mockup software. The existence of a mockup design that the author focuses on in this report is expected to facilitate and be a reference to making the BPS office entry and exit permit system.
