Abstract

MagangJogja or MagangJogja.com is an internship program sponsored by Seven Inc. This company is one of the most trusted digital companies in Indonesia with a focus on technology and information services as well as the creative industry. This certainly makes it difficult for admins in the data collection process for interns/employees who work offline considering the number of interns/employees in the programmer division, interns/employees also cannot immediately find an empty desk in the existing office. Therefore, it is necessary to design a system where the system can record interns/employees who work offline and display the data so that empty tables can be seen immediately, making it easier for admin work and making it easier for interns/employees to determine their schedule and place of work. The project given by the field supervisor according to the field of study he is engaged in is the development of an employee scheduling system for the Magangjogja internship program. The project starts from the submission of assignments by the field supervisor to equip the author with case studies and the requirements needed in the system, as well as determine the duration of the project. After completing this field work practice, it can be concluded that the employee management system that has been designed can facilitate the work of admins who previously had to input data manually and make it easier for employees to see empty tables without having to come to the office to confirm offline work.
