Abstract

The processing of athlete data at the Banyumas Regency Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office in the sports sector is still manual. A system is needed that can facilitate office employees in managing athlete data effectively and efficiently. Athlete data management has several problems such as data formats that change every year, data loss, and difficulties in finding previous data due to separate data. Based on these problems, it is necessary to build an information system for data processing athletes in Banyumas Regency. It is hoped that the new system designed can overcome these problems. In designing a good information system, a UI/UX design is needed so that users can interact with the interface comfortably. User Interface (UI) and User Experience are two important components that cannot be separated. UI/UX design is very important because in addition to being directly connected to its use, UI/UX design also forms the user's initial perception of an application or website. Despite having a relationship, UI/UX designs are different from each other. UX Design is responsible for the user experience in using an application. While UI design is the final result of UX that is seen in the application, such as font types and color combinations.
