Abstract

Every year at PT. Main Data Dinamika Cirebon accepts many students who carry out internship programs. Attendance procedures applied today can be said to be still not good, where attendance is still done manually. Therefore we need an information system that can accommodate student attendance data interns. The purpose of making this internship report is as one of the requirements to complete one of the courses in the Informatics Engineering study program at the Institute of Technology Telkom Purwokerto. In addition, the benefit of making reports is to train students' abilities in making published reports. The method used in data collection is the interview method. This method is carried out by asking the interns about the data needed in attendance. The data are name, address, contact number, agency name, supervisor name, internship start date, and internship end date. This information system is built based on a website, contains information about user data, and attendance data. Making this information system using the PHP programming language with MySQL for database processing. In this study, the system built is the back-end part of the personnel information system, which contains the source code and the functions/uses of each existing source code. The conclusion from the implementation of the internship program that has been carried out is the development of the Internship Student Attendance Information System PT. Data Utama Dinamika Cirebon can facilitate the collection of attendance data effectively and efficiently. The website created is also easy to use by the user. Suggestions needed are to make admin registration to login, as well as improve the security section of the website by adding a hash to the admin login.
