Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology makes people can easily access various information. One of the information media that can be used is a website because it is easily accessible anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to the internet. The Department of Communication and Information of Pekalongan Regency has a mission to increase public information disclosure, manage public aspirations or complaints. This mission can be carried out by creating an information system platform for the community. One example is creating an information system website for the Puskesmas Kajen 1. At this time, the Puskesmas Kajen 1 does not yet have an official website to serve as an information platform for the community. Therefore, it is the task of the Communication and Information Office of Pekalongan Regency in building an information system website for the Puskesmas Kajen 1. Development of an information system using the Laravel framework and the AdminLTE template. The results of this Field Work Practice (PKL/KP) are in the form of designing a website-based Kajen 1 Puskesmas information system to manage data and information to the public. A website that is designed to function properly as management of information related to Puskesmas Kajen 1 to the community and the community can also conduct an assessment of Puskesmas Kajen 1 so that this assessment can improve the quality of Puskesmas Kajen 1. Suggestions for improvement and further website development so that the display is made more attractive and can be added several features in the admin page and user page.
