Abstract
PT. Puskomedia Indonesia Kreatif is a company engaged in the development of web or mobile applications. One of the main or superior products from Puskomedia is the Panda Village Information System. Dermaji is one of the pioneer villages for Panda users. Dermaji village has its own domain, namely dermaji.desa.id. Based on the interviews conducted, there are still some problems contained in the website including: (1) there are still bugs that appear, such as when printing a letter there is still the name of the database being printed. (2) The appearance of advertisements that users find a little annoying. (3) Application is too complex or too many features. Measurement of the quality of the website that needs to be done because it can increase user satisfaction. This research is to evaluate the quality of Panda and its effect on user satisfaction. The benefit of this research is that it can describe the quality of the Panda site (dermaji.desa.id) and its effect on user satisfaction. This research is a qualitative research using the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the panda website has a good value from the variables of usability, quality of information, and quality of service interaction. Then the three variables in webqual 4.0 have an influence on user satisfaction Keywords: Website Quality, User Satisfaction, Panda, dermaji.desa.id, Webqual 4.
