Abstract

The use of Information Technology (IT) is an important need in the health sector. This is related to increasing understanding, capacity and human resources on the quality of health services. IT in the health sector is useful for activities that are integrated between administrative work in providing health services to the community. Posyandu Purbosari is a health service unit tasked with providing maternal and child health services in the Buayan District, Kebumen Regency. The purpose of this study was to design and develop an Information System (IS) based on a website for managing data for toddlers at the Posyandu. The development of the Purbosari posyandu IS using the Extreme Programming method. This research uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages in making the website. The research data analysis method used quantitative methods with the help of SPSS analysis. This study analyzes the response of the use of the Purbosari posyandu website. The response to the use of the website from the community uses the User Acceptance Test (UAT) model testing. UAT aims to determine the software functionality testing perceived by posyandu members. The final result of this research is the Purbosari posyandu website in order to provide convenience for posyandu cadres in managing toddler data, weighing data, immunization data, and under-five mortality.
