Abstract

Information Technology (IT) service is one of the facilities provided by a company or agency. Information Technology services are also provided to employees as users (users) at the Purbalingga District Court. With the existence of Information Technology services, it is expected to be able to help users in their work. The Purbalingga District Court in its services uses IT services, and IT services are related to the IT performance in the Purbalingga District Court. Therefore it is necessary to do an analysis of IT service management so that the results obtained will be an evaluation of the performance of IT service management at the Purbalingga District Court. The purpose of this study was to assess the maturity level of the ongoing IT services in Purbalingga State. The method used is a quantitative method with questionnaire analysis from internal employees at the Purbalingga District Court. The quantitative method measurement tool uses the ITIL Version 3 framework based on the rule of maturity level values. The results of the analysis show that the IT service management maturity level in the Purbalingga District Court is 3.34, this value is at level 3 or determined, which means that the IT services of the Purbalingga District Court are at the managerial level. The recommendation of this study is to increase the value of maturity and improve IT services managed by the PTIP subsection of the Purbalingga District Court. The contribution given from this research is that it can help see the value of maturity and provide recommendations for the Purbalingga District Court.
