Abstract

Clean water is an important need for the people of Indonesia, both for household needs and the needs of citizens' businesses. Especially in Kalibagor Village, which has had Pamsimas since 2015 and many residents have subscribed. The calculation process is carried out manually by entering how many meters of water usage have been used by residents in the system and later this month's bill will appear. However, this application is still based on a Windows application and is also offline, not yet integrated with the database. Therefore we need an application that can be used to calculate bills easily and is also integrated with a database or online. In development will use the Kanban method for application development. The results obtained from the development of this application are successful in building an android-based application using the Kanban method which can calculate PAMSIMAS bills so that it is easier for officers to calculate bills by bringing only a smartphone and also saving the data to the database. While the results obtained through black box testing using the Equivalence Partition technique show that the application runs as expected with a 100% successful feasibility result from a total of 30 respondents, 5 officer respondents and 25 customer respondents, which means all features can work properly. Keywords : Android, Flutter, Kanban, Pamsimas, Software Development
