Abstract

The Ma'arif NU Ajibarang Education Organizing Foundation (YPPMNU) is a foundation engaged in education in the Ajibarang area. YPPMNU has 4 technical implementation units (UPT), namely SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Apiharang SMK Ma'arif NU 2 Ajibarang, STIKES Ibun Sina Ajibarang and modern Islamic boarding school Ibnu Sina Ajibarang with a total of approximately 200 active employees YPPMNU already uses an information system called the YPPMNU Ajibarang Personnel Management Information System with features such as employee data management, emplowe competencies such as training basic salary, structural positions, functional positions, additional positions, penalties The pandemic has made the work system that was originally direct from the office to work from home, or it could be both. This makes it impractical for old people to use paper because the data are not directly received by the foundation. Therefore, a presence feature way made with two types, namely work from home and work from office based on location. This information system uses the form of regular web apps (RWA) which means that all processes are on the server, starting from processing data and making html which will later be displayed on the browser. As a result, the response time when emplovers make attendance will be slow, because attendance is done at the same time The average performance data from the personnel information system is still low, namely 20 to 40, which means it is bad Progressive Web Apps (PW) were chosen because they are able to reduce processes on the server side with PWA rendering process carried out on the browser side. In addition, piva is able to work offline thanks to the service worker. The performance of the information system in the form of PWA has also increased from a poor start to a standard with an average performance value of 60 to 65 which was tested using the Google Lighthouse tools.
