Abstract

The presence of employees is an important thing for an agency or company to achieve a goal, it is related to disciplinary issues and has an impact on the performance of each employee. Therefore, there needs to be a system that can record the presence and presensice of employees in order to be recorded in real time and well. There are many ways that can be used to create a good system one of the cooling for employee presence systems using the website. At the Banjaranyar Village Government Office the presence system used is still manual using presence paper that has an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, data search and data collection that takes a long time. In addition, the use of manual presence certainly has many shortcomings such as incorrect data collection and data is easily damaged. Based on the above problems, the Information System of Employee Presence at the Banjaranyar Village Government Office was created. The research methods used are interview and observation methods. In addition, the development method used is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) Method. The conclusion of the Blackbox testing information system of the presence of Employees of the Banjaranyar Village Government has an effectiveness value of 95.24% which means that this system is feasible to be implemented and become a solution to the existing presence problems in the Banjaranyar Village Government..
