Abstract

Tourism is one of the important sectors in advancing the regional economy in various countries. Therefore, every tourism in the area must be managed properly and utilize technology to help the number of tourists who will come. Based on these problems, the design of applications for tourism in the Banyumas area based on Android is expected to help develop the tourism sector in Banyumas Regency. In the application that will be made there will be information about tourism in Banyumas Regency, such as natural tourism, artificial tourism, culinary tourism. The application design applies the waterfall method which begins with the stages of needs analysis, design, program code generation, testing, and maintenance. With the creation of an AndroidBased Tourism Application for Banyumas Regency with the Waterfall Method, it will make it easier for users to find tourist information in Banyumas Regency.
